Severe Knee Pain In Both Knees.?

I'm 14 and my knees ALWAYS hurt. When I squat or kneel, my knees pop really loud, and I can't sit crisscross apple-sauce for more than 3-4 minutes without a really bad pain in my knees! I also have trouble climbing up and down stairs, and running/standing for long periods of time. They have been hurting for about 11 months now, and I don't know what's wrong. No swelling, just severe pain! My dad has bad knees, and he has had to get surgery three times, but I don't know why. Could it be genes from my dad, or something else? Do I need to see a doctor? Should I wear a brace? PLEASE HELP ME!

You aren't supposed to take benadryl when pregnant. Go to the ER for your reaction it could effect the baby or it could be pregnancy related.

Can't get old VCR tracking too adjust properly?

I have a old Toshiba 4 head VCR that no matter what VHS tape I load the tracking is way off. I try to adjust with the auto track adjustment buttons on the remote control and you can see the image try adjust but it never adjust to correct image view, no flickering, white noise and etc..I have cleaned the heads several time manually so heads are clean..think some how the heads have gotten so far out of alignment the electronic tracking adjustment is just not able to align the heads now close enough

Yea, just go and find him. But, don't close your mind to the idea of a new friend. New friendships are awkward in the beginning. But, so was your new friendship with your old friend. I hate meeting new people too. As I am busy and don't have time. But the little effort I make to make a new friend usually pays off. And it is weird in the beginning but eventually, after some time, you realize your new friend is turning into a good friend and will soon be an old friend. :) Find your old friend, but do meet other people. Don't look at it as meeting new friends. Just get out and live life and chat it up with people. The more you see the same people over and over (through mutual experiences) you'll eventually have friends. It doesn't take effort other than being willing to say hi and chat a bit. Take what you love to do and take classes or join groups or go to events. The more you see the same people over and over again.....

Damon braces vs traditional braces?

I'm supposed to be getting braces soon and I need to decide between two orthodontists, both offering around the same price. The first orthodontist insisted on getting Damon braces, which are supposedly faster, smaller, and more comfortable. They said it should only take up to 18 months and I shouldn't need to extract any teeth. The second orthodontist only used traditional braces and said it should take about 2 1/2 years, with the extraction of 4 teeth (to fix my chin). Generally the treatments were mostly the same (fix cross-bite, fix crowding, align teeth, etc...), except for the extractions. They definitely had their different perspectives and methods of diagnosis. And honestly, the second orthodontist actually charged slightly more than the first. So can anyone help me decide which one is better? Thanks!

Can a doctor tell if your pregnant with an ultrsound ? ?

I mean I know they can , but iv been having severe abdominal pain for a while now ,the doctor said he was gonna give me a ultrasound to see if everything is in place , would they be able to notice if I am pregnant if they were looking for something els ?
