I need medical advice, could something be wrong with me?

For the past 10 days i have had diarrhea. Everything I eat comes out half digested and I haven't had solid secretion. Also, for the past 4 days I have had severe abdominal pain in the intestinal area. It occurs randomly, more so after I have just eaten. Its very painful, feels like a very sick stmch, where the internal gasses are burning the lining of my organs. One more thing to add is instead of going to the bathroom 1 time every other day, I go 6 times a day. Wht could be wrong with me?
