Could I be pregnant? Or is it something else?

I have been on birth control since I was fourteen because of a medical condition, and because of this medical condition I haven't had a period in over a year. I have never had unprotected sex either, but the past week and a half I have been nauseous, dizzy, cramping, light bleeding, severe headaches, and bloating. Could I be pregnant or am i sick with something else?
