Mother in law being pushy?

, i dont want to leave my little 7 month old baby with m.i.l, she does nothing by my routine, has her own ideas owns food plans, own sleep patters ie: none for the baby, her own way of everything, no idea how to change nappy no idea how to use sterliser, no respect for me as a mother but says..ohh leave him here with me all the time..now i have to go to some place for an hour she says ohhh leave him here, she cant change a nappy last time she did was 35 years ago for my hubby and even then she used towels..and she cant read instructiosn cos she cant read english..she has old fashion superstitous methods..im not happy..opinion?
