Mri results about back pain?

I just got an mri and my results were " there is sciolosis. There is a t7 8 left paracentral disc pertrusion or extrusion that is hitting the thoratic cord and adjacent nerve. There is also a slight pertrusion in lower disc." It also says that the t 7 8 disc was more likely a pertrusion versus an extrusion. What does it look like my options are? Anyone had anything similiar? I am in severe back pain daily and cannot get rid of it.
