Thyroxine Tablets/ Thyroid underactive?

hello i just been diagnosed with a underactive thyroid and have been put on Thyroxine tablets i forgot to find out i am taking a oral contraceptive pill and does anyone know if it will inter fear with the pill as i do not want any sounds of little pitter patter (Baby)as yet :)
