Levothyroixoid 50 MCG?

I am taking this medication for my Hypothyroidism, and it was said to me that I should have no side effects. I normally have severe anxiety/ depersonalization/ brain fog and a continuous trouble doing things because of the three. I never feel this way early in the morning though, recently I have been feeling a little weird, even before i drank my coffee, and before i started the medication. But now on the medication, today, my 3rd day on this medication; I feel supremely wired and all the three symptoms I mentioned before. I was guaranteed no side effects though? Is this just me over reacting? Or maybe my thyroid is regulating and I feel weird?
