Is it unlikely i will get pre-eclampsia now?

im almost 36 weeks with my second i had pre-eclampsia with my first, first started getting signs around 32 weeks my blood pressure was slowly rising at each appointment then i got swelling and severe headaches i was kept in hospital at 38 weeks to get my blood pressure down. i had a hospital appointment with my consultant to check my risks of getting it again, my blood presure has been fine all through this pregnancy as have been urine tests so they said my risk of pre-eclampsia is very low and eveyrithng seems fine. as i didnt start getting the main signs until later on is there still a chance i will get it later on or would i have started to show signs by now?
