It's been a week after wisdom teeth extraction and I still have severe pain?

I thought the right side was gettin better but there is still a hole and the pain got worse and is going up the side of my head past my ear. The left side was worse but now the side with the hole is pretty bad. I've gone through my first and second prescription for meds and i had the bottoms out 2 years ago so I know what it should be like.
