Forearm sleeve tattoo?

I'm looking at getting a sleeve for my forearm, but need ideas. I understand tattoos need to be picked out carefully, but I need to cover old scars for a job, which will allow me to have tattoos as far as my cuff line. I was looking at tribal designs, chainmail or platemail patters, dragon scales, etc. Are there any other designs I should be looking at to cover about 80% on my forearm? The tribal leaves too many spaces (Atleast from what I've seen, but I can have them made closer) and am looking for other ideas, hoping someone here can provide some. Thank you for any help
