What are the fertility patters in other countries, other than the USA (details inside)?

the only country that i really know about is china, and that's because they are over populated. and when a couple get married they are only allowed to have 2 children i think. i don't know if they have a wic,or welfare program over there or not. that's why some chinese have come to the US so that they can have the privilege of having as many children as they want. i don't remember the other countries that don't allow couples to have as many children as they want. another thing your question about leaving children in high chairs was deleted. but leaving them in a play pen is better than a high chair, because the high chair may tip over.
