What is this on my leg?

Ok so I have these spots on my thighs that sometimes go down to my legs. they are there sometimes and others not. They are not circles but more a patter. Nor are they on top of my skin they are inside. The pattern is sort of reddish purple. What is this? Does anyone else get this?
