What is this pain in my lower jaw when I bend over?

A few days ago I had a head ache. With it, I also had pain on my jaw, not too severe, just slight discomfort. But now, since then, I've had a pain on my lower jaw whenever I bend down, and especially when I bend down to pick something up. It's driving me crazy. I've read online that this could be either a sign of a heart attack or that jaw disorder TMJ... What could I have?! =( Thanks!
