What shoes and accesories should i wear with this?

I was was thinking strappy silver sandals and a nice bangle. The bust of the dress is so ornate, you'll just want some "diamond" stud earrings and a chiffon clutch would be cute, otherwise a silver handbag (it you choose to carry one).
